Cadenilla Dress

The Cadenilla Dress is a traditional design, handcrafted in collaboration with artisans from the Sierra of Oaxaca, using an antique foot-pedal machine to create intricate chainstitch embroidery. Featuring a geometric design on both the front and back, each piece is sewn from a soft and airy linen-rayon blend. The result is a timeless dress that blends tradition with quiet elegance.

30% linen, 70% viscose.
Chainstitch embroidery on front and back.
Made using a vintage pedal machine.

Care:
Hand wash separately in cold water and hang to dry in shade. Alternatively, use a delicate cycle in the washing machine with a mesh laundry bag. You may iron at high temperature. Due to the handmade nature, slight imperfections may occur—these only add to the uniqueness and soul of each piece.
