About the artisanal nature of our products

At Vera Colectivo, we celebrate the beauty of craftsmanship. Each piece is carefully made by hand in collaboration with Mexican artisans, which means you may notice slight variations in color, texture, or shape.
These are not flaws — they are a mark of authenticity and uniqueness.

Please note: Custom-made items, made-to-order pieces, limited editions, and sale products are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We are also unable to accept returns or exchanges on personal care items, pantry goods, or products that have been worn or washed.

Returns & Shipping Responsibility

You have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in perfect condition, unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required. All returns must be pre-approved by email at hola@veracolectivo.com.

When trying on garments, please avoid contact with deodorant, makeup, food, or pet hair. We cannot accept returns for items that are not in their original condition.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping. If an item arrives damaged due to improper packaging, we will not be able to issue a refund.

If an order is returned to sender and a correct address is not confirmed within 14 days, a 15% restocking fee will be applied, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.

Important: We do not accept returns for Vera Colectivo products purchased through third-party retailers or stockists. Please contact them directly and refer to their return policy.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hola@veracolectivo.com with photos of the affected item. In some cases, we may be able to offer a refund or help initiate a claim with the shipping carrier.

If your item is lost in transit, please contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim. Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for its whereabouts.

Natural wear and tear

Our products are made to be used and loved. As with any handmade item, signs of wear may appear over time — this is completely natural.

We recommend following the care instructions provided with each piece.
We cannot offer exchanges or store credit for products that have been worn, used, or washed. If you experience an unusual issue, feel free to reach out to us at hola@veracolectivo.com and we’ll be happy to help.

Order changes and cancellations

We are unable to cancel or modify custom or pre-order items once confirmed.
In some cases, we may be able to cancel your order as long as it has not yet shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at hola@veracolectivo.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation will be possible.

Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders within Mexico are shipped via trusted and trackable carriers such as Estafeta, DHL, or FedEx.
Orders over $500 USD may require a signature upon delivery. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
 

International Shipping

We’re happy to offer international shipping. For a custom shipping quote, please email hola@veracolectivo.com with the items, quantities, full address, and phone number.

Delivery time typically ranges from 6 to 12 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
All international sales are final.
Vera Colectivo is not responsible for additional customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by your local authorities.
